SEPT PERFORMANCES RESCHEDULED (DATE TBD)
(TOPEKA, July 13, 2020) – VStar Entertainment Group announces that PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure” performances originally scheduled for September 15 & 16, 2020 will be postponed to a later date. This announcement comes following postponement and/or cancellations of numerous VStar Entertainment shows across the country due to COVID-19.
We are working towards rescheduling your performance and hope to have an announcement soon regarding new dates. When the rescheduled dates are finalized, you will receive an email with directions on how to use your current tickets.
If you would like to request a refund, please reach out to your original point of purchase. For Ticketmaster, visit www.ticketmaster.com and visit the MY ACCOUNT page to submit your request. You can also request a refund by calling customer service at (800) 653-8000
If purchased at the Sky Zone Box Office - You will need to visit the Box Office to get refunded. The Box Office will reopen on July 15, and resume normal Box Office Hours of Wed-Fri 10am-5pm.
Please note, if the ticket was purchased from a vendor other than the venue Box Office or Ticketmaster, you will need to reach out to the original point of purchase and ticket refunds cannot be guaranteed.
